Government Funded Hours
The start of the school term after a child’s is 9mths they may become eligible for Government funded hours of attendance which will provide a further reduction in the Fees quoted above.
As from September 2024 the Government will operate 5 schemes, for the Government Funded hours:
Working Parents Over 9 mths Funding: Working Parents whose child is over the age of 9 mths years old will need to apply directly through the National Government to see if their child qualifies to receive these Government funded hours.
Over Two’s Deprivation Funding: Parents will need to apply through their borough of residence to see if they qualify.
Working Parents Over 2’s Funding: Working Parents whose child is over the age of 2 years old will need to apply directly through the National Government to see if their child qualifies to receive these Government funded hours.
Standard Over Three’s: All children over the age of 3 are eligible for this, and will be normally sourced through the setting.
Additional Over Three’s : Parents whose is over the age of 3 years old will need to apply directly through the National Government to see if their child qualifies to receive the additional funded hours.
As from September 2024, the working parents Government Funded hours scheme will extend to children who are over 9 months old before the 31st August.
